Our Mission

“The MOBS Collective exists to cultivate genuine community and connection for moms in the early stages of motherhood. We believe motherhood should never feel isolating, and our mission is to provide a space where women can find support, friendship, and real conversation. Through a variety of different events, we create opportunities for moms to connect deeply with other moms in the same place.”

The Term “collective”

As defined, a collective is a group of individuals united by a shared goal - and that is exactly what we are building. The MOBS Collective is a growing network of local groups across different communities, all rooted in the same mission of connection and support. By empowering moms to lead and participate in their own local circles while remaining connected to a larger movement, we’re creating a larger model of motherhood support that is both personal and powerful. Together, we are redefining what it means to do motherhood - in community, never alone.

  • MOBS Collective believes that finding connection & community should be accessible to mothers of all socioeconomic backgrounds. This is why we encourage our chapters to host at least one free meetup/event a month, to provide opportunity for connections and socialization no matter what your socioeconomic status is.

  • We believe motherhood looks different for everyone, and all experiences deserve to be honored. Our community is a safe and supportive space for moms of all backgrounds, identities, and family structures. Whether you are expecting, navigating postpartum, parenting young children, fostering, adopting, single parenting, co-parenting, or anything in between—you belong here.

    We celebrate diversity in race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, abilities, and life experiences. We are committed to kindness, respect, and connection, knowing that our unique journeys make our community stronger.
